Project Description:
Due to the earthquake event in the Chiang rai province this year, the Akha Academy water tank has been damaged. The raw water tank has cracked and bent outwards. The water piping system needs to be rejoined and sealed properly. The water catchment system beside the creek has also been destroyed by the flood we had recently. The continued heavy rain for 2 weeks eroded the land along the creek and also damaged the water catchment system as well. The creek is the only water supply we have for the Academy to continue to operate and function properly for the children.
